David is responsible for all of technical services, planning and purchases. His current responsibilities include planning and implementing the new digital technology and the digital conversion.

David has more than 30 years in broadcast engineering and has held various jobs within the industry including studio and remote supervision and maintenance as well as Chief Engineer for both radio and television. Prior to coming to Arizona Public Media, he was employed at Ohio State University at station WOSU-TV. He served in the U.S. Navy where he received electronics training. His education includes two years in the College of Engineering at Ohio State.
