As Production Manager for Channel 6, Fran manages all the support personnel for KUAT TV’s production department. These include the videographers, television directors, studio coordinator, the full-time and part-time production crew and the production secretary. He produces and directs many of KUAT’s productions. He holds a degree in Speech Communications from the University of Arizona and is a U.S. Navy veteran
