Residents of Top-of-the-World had to temporarily evacuate.

Across Arizona, record highs in the triple digits are becoming the norm and several active wildfires have scorched more than 250,000 acres combined this month. The largest is the Telegraph Fire close to the communities of Superior Pinal County, and Miami-Globe in Gila County. Since it was detected on June 4, it had burned more than 170,000 acres as of June 17th. At times, some residents were forced to evacuate when the flames started getting too close to their properties.Tony Paniagua traveled to the area where he saw its impacts and spoke to one evacuee about the ordeal.
