Dennis Fitzgerald

Dennis Fitzgerald, has joined the Arizona Illustrated production team as a General Assignment Producer. Dennis is an award-winning filmmaker with more than two decades of experience as a music video, commercial, short, and feature director. He as also worked as an editor, producer, and cinematographer. Working with indie rock bands and international artists and labels, as well as major brands and world-class athletes, Dennis has directed projects on five different continents. He has also taught programs on documentary film production and editing.

Born in Vietnam, Dennis studied fine arts at the University of North Texas in Denton, TX, before graduating from The Vancouver Film School in B.C., Canada. He spends his free time playing music and painting with his five-year-old son. Recently, they traveled to 37 U.S. states, camping and swimming in oceans, lakes, streams, and swimming holes along the way. They have 13 more to go but are very excited to explore all of Arizona and look forward to being part of the AZPM community.
