Laura Palmisano

Laura Palmisano has worked in media since 2008. She holds a degree in broadcast journalism with a minor in sustainability from Arizona State University. Most recently Palmisano worked as a Morning Edition producer for KJZZ-FM, Phoenix’s local NPR-affiliate. She served as a production assistant for KAET 8, Arizona PBS in Phoenix, as a news and entertainment reporter for ASU's campus newspaper, the State Press and a reporter for the Cronkite News Service, covering news statewide.

Palmisano also worked as a videographer and producer for ASU’s Research Communications Department, producing educational programming. She was also a multimedia Scripps Howard intern with KNXV, ABC15 Phoenix. Palmisano is proud a recipient of the James Alan Cox Foundation scholarship.
