2023 NPR College Podcast Challenge

College students can submit a podcast of their making for the chance to win a $5,000 grand prize scholarship

NPR’s third annual College Podcast Challenge is now accepting entries!

College students can submit a podcast of their making for the chance to win a $5,000 grand prize scholarship and $500 prizes for finalists.

With more than 40,000 students participating in the original Student Podcast Challenge for middle and high schoolers, NPR has expanded the contest to reach college students – to create an opportunity to introduce the next generation of young voices and leaders to the world of audio storytelling and public radio.

Deadline to submit is January 5, 2024.
