AZPM among nominees for 56th Public Media Awards

Tapped and The Buzz nominated in the categories of podcast and radio news and public affairs, respectively.

AZPM’s popular podcast Tapped and The Buzz:El Tour de Mayor of Tucson have been nominated for Public Media Awards by the National Educational Telecommunications Association. NETA’s annual Public Media Awards honor members' finest work in community engagement, content, education, marketing/communications, independent productions, and overall excellence.

The awards are judged by a group of expert panelists from within the public media system, as well as industry professionals working outside of public media. Winners will be announced during the 56th Public Media Awards presentation during the annual NETA Conference on September 15, 2024.
