Family SCIFest at Children's Museum Tucson

AZPM encourages STEM & early-childhood education.

Arizona Public Media participated in Family SCIFest at Children's Museum Tucson in March. A signature event of the Arizona SciTech Festival, SCIFest is geared toward families and children of all ages to explore STEM and how much fun science can be. Children participated in hands-on demonstrations, activities and experiments in robotics, astronomy, biology, engineering and environmental sciences as well as mathematics and physics.

PBS Kids character Jet Propulsion from the popular series Ready, Jet, Go! was on hand to encourage a love of science in every young visitor.
