Lizbeth Canez

Lizbeth brings to AZPM extensive experience in nonprofit development and audience engagement, with a proven track record in member relations, fundraising strategy, and community outreach. Most recently, she served as Associate Director of Stewardship at the University of Arizona Foundation, where she led efforts to engage and steward major donors. She joined the Foundation in 2022 as a Leadership Giving Officer and later transitioned to the stewardship team. Prior to that, Lizbeth spent eight years at Casa de los Niños, where she held several roles supporting development and community engagement.

Lizbeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Universidad de Sonora (México) and a Master of Science degree from the University of Phoenix. In her role, Lizbeth will be responsible for ensuring outstanding service to our valued members while advancing efforts to grow and sustain financial support for our mission.
