As the Director of Member Services, Pat is responsible for all aspects of the membership program for Arizona Public Media and its stations, including management of mail solicitation, telemarketing, online and on-air fundraising, and other activities designed to generate membership support for the organization.

Pat joins us from one of the country’s flagship public broadcasting operations, WETA-TV/FM, Washington, D.C. She has more than 25 years of experience working in and for both public radio and public television.
